1) For presentations or posters only, authors are required to submit an abstract (published or unpublished either way). 

2) The authors should make the registration after receiving the acceptance letter of your paper after peer review before the registration deadline (Early birds: before April 19th; Regular registration: Before July 20th), so that your accepted paper can be included in the conference proceedings to publish.

3) If the full paper exceeds 6 pages , then additional page fee will be charged: 50 USD or 300 RMB/Page.

4) The cost of accommodation, transportation and travelling insurance is not included in registration fee. The delegates need to reserve rooms themselves. We advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. 

Registration fee for author include:

Publication, Tea break*4, Lunch*2, Dinner*1, Conference materials such as proceedings, program, and certificate.

Tea break*4, Lunch*2, Dinner*1, Conference materials such as proceedings, program and certificate.

5) Refund policy:

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
